Charly has worked in early years since 2015, having achieved her qualification in childcare. Joining Snapdragons after having her first baby, she started as Head of Babies before progressing to Head of Early Years Practice and Deputy Manager.

Outside of work, she loves to enjoy as much time as she can with her family, off on adventures with the dog. She also loves to bake cakes and cookies to warm everyone up after the long walks!
