Amy joined the Grosvenor team back in 2012, as a practitioner in the Toddler room. Through natural progression and a love for the job, she became Head of Toddlers. After a short break as a Family Support Worker, Amy could not stay away from where her passion lay and returned to Grosvenor as Nursery Manager. In her spare time you will find her on the snowy slopes, out exploring with her daughter Amelia or snuggled up with her two house cats!

Charly has worked in early years since 2015, having achieved her qualification in childcare. Joining Snapdragons after having her first baby, she started as Head of Babies before progressing to Head of Early Years Practice and Deputy Manager. Outside of work, she loves to enjoy as much time as she can with her family, off on adventures with the dog. She also loves to bake cakes and cookies to warm everyone up after the long walks!
