Ella has always had a passion to work in Early Years, holding a first-class degree in Early Childhood Studies which she achieved at Oxford Brookes university. From here Ella has worked across a variety of Wiltshire nurseries, settling at Snapdragons Atworth in 2020. Ella joined the Atworth team as Head of Toddlers. After getting to know the team and the children, Ella progressed to deputy manager and ultimately, Nursery Manager.

When Ella is not at nursery you will find her spending time with family and friends, cycling, or at home with her house cat, Smudge!
